We are pleased to confirm that, due to the overwhelming demand shown for the gig on the 17th, we are playing a second 20th Anniversary gig at Fibbers!

The gig will take place on Thursday 16th September - tickets will go on sale on Wednesday 25th August at 9 a.m. through Ticketweb and in person at Attic Records, York.

Due to the unprecedented demand shown, we can confirm that we are speaking to the promoter and venue to organise a second and final show.

Hello all. The 250 remaining tickets for the Fibbers gig on the 17th September will go on sale tomorrow morning at 9am. Due to the unprecedented demand for the presale tickets we suggest that you get in there quick if you want to bag one for what will be the last show of 2010 for us.

20th Anniversary Gig Announced for Fibbers, York - 17th September

Shed Seven are pleased to announce they will play a special intimate 20th Anniversary show at the newly refurbished Fibbers on Friday 17 September 2010. The gig will see the band revisiting songs from their 1994 debut album “Change Giver” as well as a selection of their usual crowd pleasers.

“We have been looking for an opportunity to play our hometown again for some time and the refurbishment and re-launch of Fibbers gives us the opportunity to support a new chapter in the life of a venue that was so important for the band in our formative years back in the early 1990s.

This year is the 20th anniversary of Shed Seven forming and looks like being our final gig of the year, we want to make this a special night for ourselves and our fans, so as well as playing the hits we will also be playing songs from the first album that we haven’t played since the mid 90’s and in fact, were probably last aired at Fibbers.”

2010 Gigs Start Tomorrow

The first gig of 2010 for us starts tomorrow and we are bang up for it! Hopefully we'll see a few of you in Shrewsbury for it - should be a nice warm up for Liverpool and T In The Park next week!

Phew, it's been a while and seeing as the weather has picked up it's time for some more great news on the Shed Seven front. We're playing the Faenol Festival in Snowdonia in North Wales at the end of August - but that's been known for a while.

But in other great news, we're also playing the Hot Press Academy stage at Oxegen in Ireland on Friday 9th July. Our first overseas gig in 7 years - exciting stuff I'm sure you will agree.

Oh, and the London Islington gig has SOLD OUT, so if you didn't get a ticket maybe we'll see you at another gig sometime! Cheers!
